Suitable to go on just about any smooth surface indoors or out. These are decals thus have no background. Computer cut and made from high quality vinyl that lasts.

Application instructions: *We will include the instructions in the package.

1. Simply clean the preferred area with a paper towel.
2. Remove backing from decal.
3. Place decal in preferred area, i.e. car, window, laptop, tablet, any flat surface really.
4. Once in place, use a scraping tool or your own thumb , to get rid of the air bubbles.
5. Once you remove all the bubbles, slowly peel the transfer tape away from the decal at an angle, making it less likely to create air pockets in the vinyl.

Why don't I receive my tracking number?

Tracking number is usually will be sent to you after the item has been shipped via email. In case you don't receive your tracking number, it may be because your item is so small that we don't have tracking number for it, in that case, please contact us via support@motherproud.com to know the estimate delivery time.

How long does delivery take?

We do our best to ship out your orders as soon as possible.Within the United States, non-apparel items such as: Bracelets, Necklaces, Toys, Rings, etc... will usually take anywhere from 5-10 days for arrival.Apparel items such as T-shirts, Hoodies, Long-sleeved, etc ... will usually need around 7-10 days for printing and handling, then they will be shipped and delivered in the next 3-5 days. In conclusion, the estimated delivery time for apparel will be around 10-14 days. Apparel is printed and shipped from the USA.

I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have many different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant/color! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us within 6 hours, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

What's the material of your apparel?

Our shirts are 100% cotton, except for the hoodie (50% cotton & 50% polyester).

Do your shirts shrink?

We do have a few complaints about shrinking but it's because the customers don't know how to wash them.

How to take care of your apparel?

In order for you to get the best wear out of the products and designs, it is imperative that you adhere to the washing instructions written on the labels. The instructions are as follows:

Round Neck T-shirts – 40° wash
V-Neck T-shirts – 40° wash
Hoodies – 40° wash
Sweater – 30° wash
Tank Top – 40° wash

To avoid damaging the design, we recommend you wash them inside out.

Get your orders into production by 12pm EST on Dec 14 for the best chance to get your products by Christmas.

How does shipping work?

We do our best to ship out your orders as soon as possible.

Flat shipping cost is $4.99

Where's my package and how do I track it?

The moment we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking number and link so you can follow all tracking updates.

Note: Please know that tracking sometimes takes 1-3 business days to update and this does not mean that your order is stuck in a different city. Instead, our shipping carriers will update the tracking at each new location including your city.

My package is being sent to the wrong address, how do I correct that?

What is the standard U.S shipping time?

Standard shipping time is typically 1-2 weeks, depending on the demand of the products and holidays.

My package says it was delivered but I can't find it. What is the next step?

The next step is to reach out to the local courier that made the final delivery. It is typical for DHL to hand off to the local courier(USPS in the US). You can find that tracking code in top right-hand box of your DHL Tracking.

The local courier will be able to tell you if this was a mis-scan and can reach out to the courier on the route. If they are unable to help you locate the package please contact us

Return & Exchange Policy

HOW DOES RETURN & EXCHANGE WORKS?

Any problems that occur that are an error on our part will be corrected and sent at our expense without the need for the client to return the defected item after photographic evidence of the fault is received by us. Please send us the proof of the the error at: support@motherproud.com.

In case that the customer no longer wants the item, please contact us for a refund and we will give back your money, we can offer you a replacement in a different item with the same value if you want, no return is needed.

For size exchanges and wrong shirt ordered, the customers should have contacted us within 6 hours of purchased to make the change. After that, please contact us for a replacement in a different size or a refund if you would like, also no return is needed.

We suggest the customers should read our Sizing Guide carefully before making a purchase because our apparel size is most likely different from the size you usually wear. You also should read your receipt which will be sent by us to their email to make sure you ordered the right item.

If any item is returned to our warehouses without notice cannot be resent since we don't have space to store unwanted or returned items.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

MAY I RETURN MY ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR GETTING AN RMA?

You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned items were still in good condition. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.

Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
