Returns & Exchange
* Any problems that occur that are an error on our part will be corrected and sent at our expense without the need for the client to return the defected item after photographic evidence of the fault is received by us. Please send us the proof of the the error at: email@example.com.
* In the case that the customer no longer wants the item, we unfortunately do not accept them being returned to us and we don't accept to refund.
* For size exchanges and wrong shirt ordered, the customers should have contacted us within 6 hours of purchased to make the change. If not, we cannot do anything about it, the customer would have to make a new order without refund to get what they want, we suggest the customers should read the Sizing Guide carefully before making a purchase. They also should read their receipt which will be sent by us to their email to make sure they ordered the right shirt.
* If any item is returned to our warehouses, we will contact the customer to required information to reship, however if we do not receive any news after 30 days the product will be donated to charity.
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
