Shipping & Return Policy

We are determined to bring you the coolest products we can get our hands on but at the cheapest price possible to maintain our operation. Which means that we have to utilize a variety of facilities and distributors from all around the world. 


Since our focus is to provide products at a low price point to our consumers, our non-apparel items such as: Bracelets, Necklaces, Toys, Rings, Shoes and etc... will usually take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for arrival. (Usually 4 days to process and the remainder is for shipping).
If you do not receive your item within 30 business days from date of purchase, feel free to contact us at to obtain a refund.

Apparel items such as T-Shirts, Hoodies and ETC... will usually take at least one weeks for production (printing) and 1-2 weeks for delivery. These items are manufactured and shipped from the USA.


In order to get you what you ordered quicker, when ordering multiple items, you may receive some items before others, this is due to the location of where the product is being shipped from. If you do receive some items but not others in the same package, do not worry, most of the times the other items you ordered will arrive soon after. In the chance that after 21 business days your other items do not arrive, please do contact us so we can solve the issue.


Since we opt for the cheapest shipping methods possible, tracking is incredibly limited to the customer, therefore we cannot provide a tracking number on some items.
Although, you may ask us through and we can contact the distributor directly and provide you with an estimated arrival time.

All apparel items are able to be tracked through USPS. If you do not receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships, please contact us and we will be glad to provide you.

* Since our shirts are print-on-demand, each shirt is final. Unless there are problems that occur that are an error on our part will be corrected and sent at our expense without the need for the client to return the defected item after photographic evidence of the fault is received by us. Please send us the proof of the the error at: support@motherproud.coom.
* In the case that the client no longer wants the item, we unfortunately do not accept them being returned to us and we don't accept to refund. For size exchanges, the client would have to make a new order without refund.
* If any item is returned to our warehouses, we will contact the customer to required information to reship, however if we do not receive any news after 30 days the product will be donated to charity.
