Frequently Answers & Questions

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Orders page.
After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our 4 fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-5 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.
Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

Why don't I receive my tracking number?

Tracking number is usually will be sent to you after the item has been shipped via email. In case you don't receive your tracking number, it may be because your item is so small that we don't have tracking number for it, in that case, please contact us via support@motherproud.com to know the estimate delivery time. 

How long does delivery take?

For T-Shirts and hoodies that prints in US - it should take 1-3 weeks. (Usually much faster). You will see a USA flag on the page to confirm it's printed and shipped from the USA.
For other items it would Usually take 2-4 weeks, however at this time of the year, due to high demand of and the busy season, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@motherproud.com
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Update: For items which are handmade, it will take us more times for producing from 2-3 weeks and will get shipped after that. So you can expect to from 2-5 weeks at least.

Do you deliver products internationally?

MotherProud successfully ship A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant/color! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us within 6 hours, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

What is your return & exchange policy?

* Any problems that occur that are an error on our part will be corrected and sent at our expense without the need for the client to return the defected item after photographic evidence of the fault is received by us. Please send us the proof of the the error at: support@motherproud.coom.
* In the case that the client no longer wants the item, we unfortunately do not accept them being returned to us and we don't accept to refund. For size exchanges, the client would have to make a new order without refund.
* If any item is returned to our warehouses, we will contact customer to required information to reship, however if we do not receive any news after 30 days the product will be donated to charity.

How secure is my personal information?

MotherProud adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.
Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

What's the material of our apparel?

Our shirts are 100% cotton, except for the hoodie (50% cotton & 50% polyester). 

Do our shirts shrink?

We do have a few complaints about shrinking but it's because the customers don't know how to wash them. Below is our care instruction for our shirts:

Care instructions
In order for your clients to get the best wear out of the products and designs that you create, it is imperative that they adhere to the washing instructions written on the labels. The instructions are as follows:
Round Neck T-shirts – 40° wash
V-Neck T-shirts – 40° wash
Hoodies – 40° wash
Sweater – 30° wash
Tank Top – 40° wash
To avoid damaging the design, we recommend clients wash them inside out.
