      B. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 

      C. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.

      Never received my shirt

      I never received my shirt & now graduation for my daughter is next week & I don’t have a custom shirt to wear. It says it was delivered but I never did receive it. I would like to know how I can get a refund since it was over $40.

      I'm so sorry to hear you haven’t received your shirt, especially with such a special occasion coming up.

      According to the tracking information, your package was marked as delivered and placed in your mailbox. However, we understand that sometimes packages can be misplaced or delivered to a neighbor’s mailbox by mistake.

      Could you kindly check around your mailbox, porch, or with nearby neighbors to see if it may have been delivered to the wrong spot? It’s something we’ve seen happen occasionally.

      Also, to help us investigate further, can you please confirm the shipping address on your order?
