T-shirts Are Printed & Shipped in the United States

All T-shirts orders will be handled and printed within 5-10 days after you placed the order. After that, it will be shipped to you using DHL eCommerce, USPS or UPS shipping service depending on your location and fastest available services.

The typical delivery time-frame is between 3-7 business days right after the order is shipped but usually, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

Are your products manufactured in the USA?

Yes, everything is manufactured and packaged in the USA.

Is there any way to expedite the shipping?

Yes, there's a way to expedite the shipping, you can just have to select the Expedited Shipping option at the checkout page and your order will be delivered within 7 days at most.

Why don't I receive my tracking number?

Tracking number is usually will be sent to you after the item has been shipped via email. In case you don't receive your tracking number, it may be because your item is so small that we don't have tracking number for it, in that case, please contact us via support@motherproud.com to know the estimate delivery time.

How long does delivery take?

We do our best to ship out your orders as soon as possible.Within the United States, non-apparel items such as: Bracelets, Necklaces, Toys, Rings, etc... will usually take anywhere from 5-10 days for arrival.Apparel items such as T-shirts, Hoodies, Long-sleeved, etc ... will usually need around 7-10 days for printing and handling, then they will be shipped and delivered in the next 3-5 days. In conclusion, the estimated delivery time for apparel will be around 10-14 days. Apparel is printed and shipped from the USA.

Once we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking info so you can follow the order during transit. Tracking oftentimes takes 1-2 days to update once we ship it out. If you have any issues with delivery or the shipping address, please let us know. We are able to change the address before the order ships, but not after.
If you do not receive your item within 14 business days from date of purchase, feel free to contact us at support@motherproud.com to check on the status.

Do you deliver products internationally?

MotherProud successfully ship lots of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have many different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant/color! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us within 6 hours, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

What's the material of your apparel?

Our shirts are 100% cotton, except for the hoodie (50% cotton & 50% polyester).

Do your shirts shrink?

We do have a few complaints about shrinking but it's because the customers don't know how to wash them.

How to take care of your apparel?

In order for you to get the best wear out of the products and designs, it is imperative that you adhere to the washing instructions written on the labels. The instructions are as follows:

Round Neck T-shirts – 40° wash
V-Neck T-shirts – 40° wash
Hoodies – 40° wash
Sweater – 30° wash
Tank Top – 40° wash

To avoid damaging the design, we recommend you wash them inside out.

What is your Christmas deadline?

To increase the chances of receiving your order by Christmas, please place your order by 12 PM EST on December 14.

How does shipping work?

We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
Flat shipping cost is $4.99.
Within the United States, non-apparel items such as bracelets, necklaces, toys, and rings typically take 5-10 days to arrive.

Where is my package, and how do I track it?

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR T-SHIRT

A. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem.

B. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way.

C. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.

Hello,
I do love the shirt. I have looked for a shirt the represents both my kids service. But the shirt size doesn't fit like normal XXLG. It fits smaller like a Large. Not sure where your shirts are from, but they need to be larger. I know next time if I order from you to order double the size I am.
