I have placed my order and paid a year ago and did not receive my ornament yet.
When I have placed my order in December 2022 for the above ornament, you were out of stock, and I was asked if I wanted to keep my order open until you restock.
I have not received my ornament yet, but you are asking me for feedback.
I have e-mailed you on 11/15/23 but no response.
Please, track my ornament or send me a refund.
